I like your train of thought whytee but, from history company seems to want to spend on growth which seem to be paying dividends from the company's perspective. Not looking at the SP as I'm way over-weight with PNV, my next main event is BARDA's results, maybe still a couple of years away. Just think a polymer filler that does a better, cheaper, more effective, varied uses, etc than the rest, and hopefully BARDA trial will show that any residue is excreted from the body. Then the FDA will not have a leg to stand on IMO
