    JEF has (I think) 100m+ shares

    he has announced his stepping down as chair & I think eventually the board

    to retire you need funds plus I am sure he doesn’t want to hold his shares forever

    he has a pretty good idea of what is about to unfold hence his retirement plans

    good news + 100m shares = retirement funds

    ha ha
