ProPunter, you seem to know what you are talking about and are a few levels ahead of myself (to say the least). Can you please tell me where I go wrong though:

~200M shares on issue currently. Becton says the new investors will own 80-90% of the company. Say it will be 90%, then that requires the new share issue to total 1800M. Becton also says they wish to raise a total of at least $80M. Then the new shares will need to be issued with a price of >$80M/1800M shares = 4.4cps?
