I have just read an article in today's Business section of The Australian (digital version). It was posted after 5pm today by Bridget Carter. Titled "Paragon taps Rothschild amid buyout talks".
The article is behind a paywall unfortunately. In a nutshell, PGC has engaged Rothschild as a defence adviser in regard to market chatter of an EBOS bid (possibly at 40c/share).
Maybe, maybe not. We can't say that action in the past few days has been spectacular. Irrespectively, I'd hope that the BOD has a plan (as suggested by the article). We'll see. Cheers Keith
