Does anyone know what the criteria are as specified in this document to receive 47 million free shares?
It staes the underlying securities will not be isssued unless:
"the performance and vesting conditions as set by the Board have been satisfied"
I'd really like to know what performance conditions could possibly have been met for us owners of the company to gift 47 million free shares.
They've missed FID since 2022, constantly missed schedule, no finance, destroyed shareholder value.
