I think there will be a shortfall and the underwriters will get some. Unless the top 20 take up all their options. 1.5Mill won't go far. might as well just buy on market $3k diff from here to the 1c mark. Maybe some have you have bigger holdings that make it worthwhile. I'll take my full amount, but disappointed we can't apply for more.
