I spoke with Collins Street a couple of days ago. Of course not much can be said officially.
CS said that some believe the price should be between $0.30 and $1.0. As well they believe they have multiple levers to increase the SP.
I interpreted it that trough drinkers are not aligned with shareholders, and that having too much cash on the books and carte blanch performance shares aligns with trough drinking.
