ur tiger account says trading is locked out.
the chart is displaying post-market data (and pre-market data).
does tiger lock u out from pre and post market trades?? or is this just for ur account?
(tiger is a cheap version of interactive brokers so maybe this is one of the limits to the service? local cut price brokers like stake do allow pre and post market trading for US)
