General rule 3.1
Once an entity becomes aware of any information concerning it, that a resonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell the ASX that information.
So if the GSR Board withheld the release of the SS they would be very naughty boys. Mind you I don't think much value is placed on MtT now. I would be surprised if the numbers prove viable, considering, Mt T relatively low Ni grade, Ni and Co prices currently low and I would expect a high capex. AIMO.
