I received an email from MSG with:
Prior to the Tender Offer, MSG already held 84.54% of Marley Spoon’s issued capital, giving it effective control of Marley Spoon. Since the Offer launched on 6 November, MSG has increased its holding to over 92% of Marley Spoon’s issued capital. MSG intends to achieve 100% ownership of Marley Spoon and to delist Marley Spoon from the ASX as soon as possible.
