Theoretically a phase two done well enough could bypass the need for a phase three but that almost never happens.
Cynata shareholders do not have gurantees (this is my opinion - I offer it to see if it can be corrected expecting it cannot be) that sufficient funds have already been gathered to COMPLETELY fund even GvHD through to trial completion. This leaves open the oops unfortunately due to circusmastances beyiond our control and because things are tough in biotech all over and because we are a small company (sob sob hand Brookes a tissue) we'll now need to raise some funds using the extra capacitity voted us 0 just in case.
Whats the next item on the agenda - of course - there it is - options all round for directors. Long may we play.
