Worknotes We have little institutional investment outside of Oaktree and some Singaporeans or broader broker backing. Therefore to attract instos & broking to buy, they are more likely at 60c rather than 6c (just a financial psychology thing).
I think it would be a good idea (2bn shares is too many). Nothing more than that!
