How can BIT negotiate a deal? This is figment of someone's imagination.
A Biotech company is only as good as its last set of results. No company is going to negotiate a deal if they don't know if the drug being tested actually works or not. The announcement clearly says that the results have to be analyses so, they are not out at the moment.
Be glad when they are released so we can all discuss those.
