Altering my earlier comment above, if as informative says, reconciled Blue Bar ore is 1.5g/t as milled... the 'uplift' at 0.6g (above run-rate at moment of notional breakeven AISC of 0.9)
this becomes 7k ounces sold at spot market rate...
7k X $3k X 60% split gives $13mill for CAI. I assume the amount paid in shares bumps this upa but, as it comes off Haomas 40%
I guess it all depends on the cost to get the ore from deposit to mill.... It won't take much to suck up that profit.
but if other deposits are higher grade this proves their theory....
time will tell as always
