For interest...last Friday when LRS up 35% to 25c....ASX data says 6.4m shorts covered that day.
I think i have said before ( maybe not this thread)...short interest data from asx/asic is T-4...and questionable as it's very much a grey area for pro traders etc...but ususally 'trends' the same as real data from stock loan & prime broking desks...
Anyway...looks like 'shorts' covering where an outsized impact last Friday...derrr..pretty obvious but nice to see some metrics I guess
