re: Ann: Bow commences construction of Blackw... yes power gen is the worst but have a look at at they will only use a minor amount even if the build 4-5 of them and then use the rest of the resource for export contracts...best of both worlds with stable cash flow from the staions and then the the big dollars contracted out to the LNG..
