For anybody who might be interested in how this process actually works , and why the whole thread about leaky shops is garbage, I’ll explain to it.

An independent company is sent all the data to analyse. That takes about a month. NOBODY knows the results before this data is analysed.

THEY advise the FDA that the results will be delivered at a specific time and date.

THEN THE FDA TELLS NEU THE DATA IS COMING IN ADVANCE SO THAT NEU CAN CALL A TRADING HALT.

This stops the possibility of INSIDER TRADING . Then a day or so later the FDA receives the results. They sign off on the results , at this point NEU is in a trading halt. So the FDA can’t be blamed for leaking the results.

The results are forwarded to NEU who read the results , prepare a Notice which is forwarded to the ASX, who release it while NEU is still in a trading halt.

They do it this way yo prevent insider trading. They do it to prevent accusations of insider trading.

This system has been in place for many years.

It’s simple , it works. It’s fair,

The reason this all goes to the FDA first is because it’s an FDA approved DRUG TRIAL. They have a FDA IND in place .
