I got a phone call that they had received it and it was in the process. They didn't give a timeline but said it could take a while.
Anyway not looking to sell, I think the funding has de-risked the business and if they can get to a cashflow neutral position they can focus on thriving and not just burn money to survive.
Holding for the longterm so not fussed when shares hit my account!
