As Lorry mentioned in the proactive video, the scoping study announced back in August detailed a $180m-$200m infrastructure spend so acquiring Beyondie with most of the components they would need anyway has to be a bargain for RWD at $20m….plus they get the asset.
True that long term holders probably have a sizeable stake now so the 2 for 1 @5c is will most likely be a significant commitment.
Existing holders will get the opportunity to sell their rights if they don’t want/cant take them up which is a better deal to shareholders than a placement of shares.
