Well i guess its not like the US hasnt had ample opportunity to grant us funding and get this project moving. (That is if it is the DFC's fault and not ours.!!!)
If they miss out then they miss out. A bit like Australia really where the government here are useless at seeing the potential of the future and not investing it it.
