if you bought at 22 cents and held it all the way down to 1.2 cents then you think it's going to go up
if don't think it's not going to go up why didn't you sell?
the fact you have not realised a loss isn't here or there - you have a loss - the question is where does the price go from here ?
if you think it's going down then sell
if you think it's going to go up then hold and buy more
it's as simple as that
