if your with westpac broking go to COMPANY RESEARCH on left hand side of screen and type AVV, than bottom right it will show forecast EPS and Divvies.
youll see currently AVV has EPS of 15c, in 2006 they are forecasting EPS of 22c.
this is cheap as chips.
