jcoulter that's why I'm voting against we got no choice on vote either all or none .
i suggest ppl ring and clarify things .
the way i see it free shares to ppl already getting payed to do a job .
i rang up to find out why the free shares and i wasn't happy with the reply .
looking at the deal if it goes ahead they make a killing we get nothing other then what fms will hold which is close to the amount of free shares if its canned they get nothing and we get nothing they stand to loose more but if those free shares were to be added with what fms will have then we are all involved in the new comp. through fms and i think that's a substantial amount .now the directors can either play ball and we all will have exposure or they miss out totally.
IMO ppl should ring and clarify the reasons they are doing this
