Rationale:
This breakout is off a pennant tringle (see the larger of the two green tringle). As such if you measure the vertical magnitude of the triangle's Opposite Side and append it to the front it should give you a good guide to the magnitude of the breakout target price. The larger tringles Opposite Sides magnitude brings this to $36.12 marked by the purple line and highlighted with the orange arrow.

It is good to note the the breakout of the smaller green triangle and corresponding magnitude measurement has now concluded as highlighted by the green arrow.
