    Guys, metals like these are shorted all the time over the years. Have we all forgotten about Tsingshan (a nickel producer) and their nickel short that backfired on the LME last year? They're shorted to keep prices stable otherwise no one would to use these metals anymore with prices too high. It is effectively "legal" market manipulation. I don't agree with it, but I do see where they're coming from.

    GS is likely shorting Lithium if they're releasing bearish articles, and I imagine they'll be the first to be "bullish" on it once they've made enough money on their shorts, and on and on the cycle goes. I plan to take the opportunity add more to LTR in the meantime. Thank you shorters.
