Agree with Gambier33 that "They (GNS) will stare down the opposition because once its built and up and running most people will wonder what the fuss was about".
So Greens can't stop GNS building the mill at Bell Bay now.
But the problem is that GNS has NO money and/or it's financially infeasible to build the mill there. GNS just uses the Greens opposition as a camouflage to hide away the reality.
