50% is very reasonable. It is literally, more than most majors will leave you with. It was conservative (especially if they have to fund the majority of future exploration/development).
I would love to hear what your estimation for a potential JV deal would be, or do you have no idea and you are just unhappy to hear of any percentage being taken from IVZ?
