I estimate that in the 3 blocks surrounding where I live, at least 70% of dwellings do not have or wish to have a computer or internet connection.....yet Jules & Swanny have budgeted $46 billion to give them what they dont want, or need? Over their dead bodies, even, if necessary? We know that hypothetical $46 billion is going to at least double.
Yet they try to pick hypothetical holes in Tony's hypothetical costing?
