Ann: Placement completed successfully raising $1.25 million, page-11

I've honestly tried as much as I could... I wasn't prepared to be a white knight type investor and anchor or lead the round so I can't complain too much.. however I now can't buy or sell any so whether I think things are looking up or down I'm unable to do anything. Can't really comment other than I didn't like the equity raise idea nor the price and discount but at least there don't appear to be attached options unless I've missed that clause?

Just disappointing that it got so close and then had to trim so hard to collect so little....

IF it all comes together then we night see 10c again one day... which was 30c once upon a time.... too much dilution
