No specific knowledge re Anglo but given their size and number of operations i reckon they would be slow but steady. Multinationals tend to take much longer in planning phases but can be quicker in infrastructure construction due to their superior financial resources and existing labour skills/experience. In summary, if anglo exercise clawback I believe rover 1 would be significantly derisked but the time to pouring gold may be pushed back I.e. Rover 1 value is increased albeit as a longer term proposition.
