I think I heard someone mention that during the trial.
If so any evidence that he could give would probably relate to the reporting and speeches where the second respondents are relying on a fallback defence of public interest in the telling of the story.
Trying to refute the allegations from the complainant that they didn't practice due diligence during their investigations and gave insufficient chance for the alleged perp to respond.

plenty testified about what happened before and after, some long after.

I might take Justice Lee's keen interest in Sharaz over your "explanation" if you don't mind.
