Ok I did as you suggested and found this. Mining operations commenced in early 2008.High quality metal production followed but was significantly below design capacity due tovarious processing issues associated with metal production. In August 2009, Straitsannounced a temporary suspension of processing activities to investigate a number of thetechnical issues. In 2010, Straits announced that it intended to divest of the Project whilethe operation effectively remained in care and maintenance. AND here is BIG pollution issue, but encore is 15km away it might not be the same. Is that what your comment is based on ?
