I am wondering if it is SIO or L1 who renegged. The issue price was $20 and closing price yesterday was $19.57 so whomever it was would have locked in an immediate paper loss of approx $144k. I just had a quick look at some info on SIO and they don't seem to be performing all that highly. I think they are also approaching their end of year so perhaps wanted to cut their losses. I can't see anyone else taking up the spare allocation until the share price moves a bit higher.
