drona's by proxy

Sorry, me again but I couldn't help myself as these CZD "Drona's by proxy" really get my goat up. It is highly likely they had a deal with Drona to raise money on the back of ATC, knock it on the head smashing the share price, buy up at 3c or less and then bring about some sort of merger so as to control the cash. Only they weren't counting on shareholders being a bit ticked off and sending Drona and his cronies packing.

As the current board brought about the demise of the drongo and he is in close cohorts with CZD, it no surprise that they don't want them on the board. If I was still a shareholder, I wouldn't want them anywhere near it. If they really want control, tell them to put their money where their mouths are and take it over at a good premium to the bargain basement price that they got after the price was smashed by incompetence. But of course they don't have the cash and that is reason they are hanging around like bad smells in the first place. Glad to see posters here see them for what they really are.
