When the going gets tough - the tough get going or gone

Well we’ll - the timing of this latest SMH article is very interesting - looks like the BOD is trying to garner support for shutting down the company on the pretext of fraud (three years back) and not let new BOD (proposed) to get in at any cost - wonder why?


The current MD and BOD were put in to clean up the mess and grow the business. They have not succeeded in either of these two main objectives (as the article suggests).

Fraud is a bi product of sales. To kill fraud they have killed sales - any one can do this easily.

Let the relevant authorities deal with fraud and other illegal matters.


The product is too good to let it go into foreign hands. All we need is good board and management who can grow sales and profits.
