The fact that this will require shareholders to sell at a massive loss should be ignored, management will give themselves a big slap on the back as more shareholders lose money and walk away at a loss and management try's to paint it as a positive.

Well done management thanks for really looking after your shareholders and creating and sharing the value with them after they funded the wells that made it all possible.

In all seriousness I hope some of the top 20 band together and either give DP the boot or minimum cancel his loan and or company paid for shares. If DP wants to have thoses shares past time he paid for them end of discussion.
