This is what it looks like in my opinion at Voyager.

They drilled one well at Voyager only and got 8% helium but never appraised it to confirm it was definitely commercial by drilling more wells or doing flow-rate tests etc. They were assigned a Contingent Resource at Voyager by Sproule meaning "discovered" but still "sub-commercial" until proven up into "Reserves" if successful..

Given a helium plant can be leased they have skipped where reserves and offtakes would be needed to underpin large capex investments for a production plant.. So on the Lassonde Curve gone straight from discovery to production if you consider zero investment for the plant as its leased - money into wells etc.. but zero into the production plant itself if leased

So still some unknowns until flow-rates are tested at Voyager to show the helium can definitely be extracted commercially etc.. I'd expect 8% helium approx on the first well as near where they got 8% before so of most interest will be the flow-rate I reckon..
