surely will be in a holding pattern until we know the outcome of KBC fiasco - 90 days from termination notice being issued on the 9th November is 7th February 2024 ..... $1.44M + 10% interest over the time
Lets hope the company has reengaged with the independent debt advisory specialists and perhaps this time use a larger more reputable and solvent counter party .....
