    I might not have a huge amount of oil and gas knowledge but I know the mechanics of how the stock market works...

    They now need a jv or a partner to carry the work and give them some funding ....just my opinion but carrying on with dilution will see same kind of manipulation and I can't see the share price hitting a fraction of some of the targets mentioned.
