    You realise if TMT can’t move forward alone, AVL can’t either for all the same reasons.

    10.5 was our arrogance. 14-1 is about right.

    i don’t think many TMT holders have an issue with the merger besides the ratio. You are just trying to make it out like we are all greedy and ungrateful and it’s not true.
