I have personally been cost averaging down consistently over the last several months. If there is a cash raise at lower levels, I will just add more to my existing holdings.... I just have a feeling that this company, once it gets going, is going to grow quite fast. There is no way that I am going to miss out on this one. I have tried to "time" the market and guess where the share price will go with other companies.... waiting to purchase shares at the "inevitable lower price", only to suddenly have it skyrocket out from under me.... and missing my opportunity. Cleanteq water shares may indeed go lower, but there is also the equal chance that some future news article will carry the price away to much higher prices, never to return to these levels. I wish I had a crystal ball.... but I do not, so I just cost average in consistently over time.
