I don't subscribe to the Financial review for the original but have found the Business Spectator to be a good source of news, and more easily searchable for company snippets like this than most.
This fits in with the previous reports where PMV said they were actively seeking acquisitions, and this was a top priority. Since Bras 'N' Things is privately owned it could be a deal done quietly, and good potential upside. If it is a done deal then Lew has a reputation for buying bargains. It also fits in with increasing price and volume the last few weeks.
