    Dec 18 (Reuters) - Australia's Adbri (ABC) said on Monday that it has received a non-binding indicative proposal from CRH and the Barro Group Pty Ltd to acquire shares that Barro does not currently own, implying an equity value of about A$2.1 billion. ($1.41 billion)
