Well this latest ploy by Fat Tail is clear as day. They are burning up cash and trying to discredit members of the Board.

They will now go back to the DRC contacts and spread the word that court action is underway to remove Directors and that the MoU or any other sort of proposed action to move Manono forward should be postponed until the outcome of this case.

Hopefully DRC Govt see through this, but not holding my breath given their last approach to wait and see if MMGA got up.
