From what I've heard by ex directors of MMX taking off with a CHM share holders money in dodgy back room deals in a pub to purchase a percentage of Jack hills acreage.
Lets face it as long as solicitors get theirs and a little bit more they will walk, that is unless they they wish to turn the screws on their client once they find out what actually is at stake. Mmmmmmm so much more $$$$$$$
