Has anyone got any idea about when the decision regarding Birla Nifty's objection against granting its expired exploration licences is going to be heard by The Minister for Mines & Petroleum and as requested by Birla, can the Minister exercise his power u/s 111A of Mining Act 1978 to terminate the application made for acquiring these licences previously held by Birla Nifty.
