Kevin Gallagher has already told everyone...capital discipline because of extensive decommissioning in WA in the next couple of years...wait for govt regulatory changes to happen first...then apply for all secondary approvals..then FID.
Might be the reason they haven't been able to sell down their share in Dorado..
