Attached from an Iluka report.
So this ownership rights- is still not clear enough for my liking.
Highlighted some key points in Ilukas report that to me deems that the Monazite has never been theirs to claim..
1/ To be Stored on CROWN LAND - so how this come that iluka has this on their land??
2/ Storage of a By- Product from the minerals sands mining.
3/ 12,000 tons per annum thats a lot dirt that needs to found for rehabilitation purposes / obligations
4/ Monazite and other by-products( Tailings) to be capped due to their Radiological properties.
5/ Monazite to be monitored and reported to the Department of Environment under regulations .
