Firstly REEs are extremely complex and not totaly understood by most.
Your questions about how PEK will mine the resource and then process it are good ones.
My opinion only, is that if they prove this resource to be lucrative/viable and that will take quite some time yet, they wont get to mining/processing it as one the major REE companies in the world will move very quickly and clinicaly.
There are very few shares on issue with a high percentage very tightly held.
Bang, PEK will be gone and those holding at that time will reap rewards so large one would be foolish to even try to estimate.
Remember only 25% of results tested to date, so keep your eye on the next batch and if they are as good as the first 25% then its game time.
