I am envisioning a new entity with shared ownership between SQM/MC/GR/CE to have 100% ownership of the Andover project. This new entity will likely be a private company with its own off-market shares. For this to happen the new entity would have to make a higher price counter bid which SQM likely won't mind much as they are also part of this new entity. MC would have had to have made a deal to convert his 40% holding onto shares of this new private entity and become one of its major shareholder, probably holding 50% unless he executed a cash deal with players that wanted some of MC's control. The counter bid will apply to all remaining public float and will be what we get. With so many major shareholders that are trying to wrestle control I can't think of another amenable arrangement than this where we can all win.
